Presswood pallets are formed by compressing recycled wood fibre under intense heat and pressure into a single moulded piece — no planks, no nails, no fasteners. The result is a clean, consistent pallet that weighs a fraction of conventional timber yet carries serious loads.
Because the fibre is heat-treated during forming, our pallets are naturally free of pests and exempt from ISPM-15 fumigation rules — so they move across borders without paperwork friction or chemical treatment.

Our presswood pallets are performance-tested at an independent ISTA®-certified packaging laboratory to ISO 8611 — the international standard for pallets. Here's what they endured, and what it means for your freight.
The pallet was squeezed in a calibrated hydraulic press until the load reached 100 kN. It compressed just 9.2 mm and showed no cracks or damage.
What it means for you: the deck carries very heavy, evenly stacked loads — around ten tonnes in the press — without failing, so your goods stay stable in storage and stacking.
Supported only on fork arms — the harshest way a pallet is carried — it took a 25 kN load with 18.9 mm of flex and no visible damage.
What it means for you: a fully loaded pallet can be lifted and moved by forklift or pallet jack, shift after shift, without the deck giving way.
A pallet was fully submerged for 6 hours, absorbing only ~5% of its weight in water — then still carried a 100 kN compression load with just 11.8 mm deflection.
What it means for you: rain on the loading dock, monsoon humidity or cold-chain condensation won't soften the pallet or put your cargo at risk.
