Rackable Pallet
Reinforced edge rails for beam-racking and heavier dynamic loads. The workhorse for high-turnover warehouses and distribution.
Cellupack engineers presswood pallets from compressed recycled timber — lightweight, nestable and ready to cross any border without fumigation. Strength you can stack, sustainability you can prove.
Wood chips & sawdust diverted from mills
Compression-moulded with binding resin
One-piece nestable pallet, no nails
Load-tested, uniform, ready to ship
Presswood pallets are formed by compressing recycled wood fibre under intense heat and pressure into a single moulded piece — no planks, no nails, no fasteners. The result is a clean, consistent pallet that weighs a fraction of conventional timber yet carries serious loads.
Because the fibre is heat-treated during forming, our pallets are naturally free of pests and exempt from ISPM-15 fumigation rules — so they move across borders without paperwork friction or chemical treatment.
Every pallet is engineered to cut weight, save space and shrink your footprint — without giving up the strength your freight depends on.
Up to 75% lighter than block timber pallets, trimming freight weight and handling strain while still bearing heavy static loads.
The moulded profile stacks into itself — fit roughly four times more empty pallets per truck or container on the return leg.
Heat-formed and pest-free, our pallets are ISPM-15 exempt, plus RoHS and REACH compliant — ship internationally with no fumigation, stamps or hold-ups.
Made entirely from recovered wood fibre and fully recyclable at end of life — a closed loop that keeps timber out of landfill.
One-piece moulding means no protruding nails, splinters or rogue planks — uniform dimensions stack and convey predictably.
Beyond our standard range, we mould pallets to your exact footprint, load rating and branding — customised to fit your line.
From racked warehouse storage to one-way export, choose the profile that matches your load — then tailor it to the millimetre.

The space-saver. Nine-foot moulded profile stacks into itself to slash storage and return-freight costs dramatically.
Your footprint, your load rating, your logo embossed in. We mould to your drawing for a perfect fit on your line.
Our most-requested dimensions, kept in production. Need something else? Custom moulds are part of what we do.
2-way and double-deck models share the 3000 kg stacking / 1500 kg lifting rating, and a minimum order quantity applies on 2-way models. Loads shown are static ratings under uniformly distributed load. Tell us your application and we'll recommend — or mould — the right pallet.

Download comparisonISPM-15 regulates packaging made from raw wood. Cellupack pallets are compression-moulded from processed wood fibre using glue, heat and pressure. ISPM-15 clause 2.1 identifies packaging made wholly from processed wood created this way as sufficiently low risk to be exempt.
The fibre and binder are also RoHS and REACH compliant — free of the restricted heavy metals and substances of very high concern those regulations control — so the pallet clears materials screening alongside electronics, pharma and food-grade freight.
Fast-moving goods palletised clean and light for high-throughput DCs.
Hygienic, splinter-free surfaces for sensitive and regulated cargo.
ISPM-15-free pallets that clear customs without fumigation delays.
Uniform, rack-ready platforms for components and spare-part flows.
Strong, stable bases for drums and IBCs with predictable handling.
Clean, low-dust pallets that protect packaging and sensitive boards.
Affordable, recyclable platforms for seasonal, high-volume produce.
Space-saving nestables that cut storage and return-freight overheads.
The questions buyers ask us most often before their first order.
A presswood pallet is formed by compressing recycled wood fibre — chips and sawdust diverted from mills — under heat and pressure with a binding resin into a single moulded piece. There are no planks, nails or fasteners, so the pallet is uniform, splinter-free and far lighter than conventional timber.
Yes. Because the wood fibre is heat-treated during the moulding process, presswood pallets are considered processed wood and are exempt from ISPM-15. They ship internationally without fumigation, heat-treatment stamps or the customs hold-ups that come with untreated solid timber.
Most Cellupack models are rated for a 3000 kg static stacking load and a 1500 kg lifting load under a uniformly distributed load. CP 1 is rated for 2000 kg stacking and 1000 kg lifting. Download the product specifications.
The moulded profile stacks into itself, so roughly four times more empty pallets fit in the same truck or container compared with block timber pallets. That cuts both warehouse storage and the cost of the return leg.
Yes. Beyond the ten standard models — footprints from 1000 × 1000 mm up to 1370 × 1100 mm, in 4-way nestable, 2-way and double-deck formats — we mould pallets to your own drawing — custom footprint, load rating and embossed branding. Send us your spec.
Yes. The recycled wood fibre and the binding resin are RoHS and REACH compliant — they contain none of the restricted heavy metals covered by RoHS and no substances of very high concern above the REACH thresholds. That matters most for electronics, pharma and food-grade shipments, where the packaging is screened along with the goods.
Yes. They are made entirely from recovered wood fibre — no new trees are felled — and are fully recyclable at end of life, which keeps timber out of landfill.
